On The Black Highway to Accra, Ghana 🇬🇭
Hosted by Birthright AFRICA & Grammy-Nominated Recording Artist, Jidenna
Yo! Destiney here--
This drop is very personal to me because it is a legacy fulfilled. As many of you have watched our stories you may have saw our brief highlights of the culture diaper in Africa.

We were selected out of thousands to go on a life-changing trip to Ghana [FOR FREE] with Grammy-nominated Recording Artist, @Jidenna. This was a special inaugural cohort through @BirthrightAfrica called, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘸𝘢𝘺. A first-of-its-kind birthright trip that included scholars that were from all across the United States.

Throughout the trip I was developing my legacy of innovation by drawing a question I answered during the interview process. I was asked about my own personal legacy and this came out: “our legacy is every baby we diaper.” Sitting in that possibility, I wanted to create a diaper collection that was truly inspired by my trip! I reimagine and expand our vision of ‘the cultured diaper.’ I landed on creating a ‘statement piece’ that ft. the imagine of Africa filled in with a native fabric of Ghana. As my connection to my roots grow the collection will grow by filling in ‘Africa’ with country-specific fabric. Our goal is to rep all 54 countries on the cultured diaper!
